The Berlin guidebook and the cool equipment idea are hidden inside.

It took me two years to fall in love with Berlin, a peace, and two never want to leave again. I moved here after high school. It was October, and the dismal industrial apartment building was bathed in the last warm sunshine of the year. Across the road from the central park in Berlin, the road is covered with orange leaves, and the golden statue on the victory column turns black before sunset.

When I moved here, I know about the place is notorious Berlin the vega ning (Berghain) local clubs, and those who think of themselves more luxurious than average and freedom. I had imagined that Berlin was a tough, even ghostly place, and the uniforms of the communist era formed a city that evokes darkness rather than glory. It took me a year to understand (one after another tough year, I once again turned itself into the ruins, because I think I have to do, in fact, Berlin is not so pessimistic. It’s a very romantic city.

If I had to draw a color Berlin, it would be orange, just like an old phone or kitchen wallpaper in the 1970s. The Windows of the subway train were filled with opaque Brandenburg gate and ruffled seats with camouflage prints similar to those of Jackson Pollock. Mid-century architecture, such as the oyster – shaped Haus der Kulturen der Welt and glittering radio towers, is like a shiny disco ball, adding retro glamour. Many abandoned buildings could be reused without eliminating the atmosphere of the original: a shelter before the war become an impressive collection of contemporary art (gabe Boros bunker), a barbecue shop deli is a visionary cook took over, became a French cuisine restaurant Bandol sur killing empty public swimming pool is temporarily used as a nightclub.

In Berlin many seem to be improvisational and incomplete. I once sent a friend from dubai to Potsdam street, one of the coolest neighborhoods in the city of art galleries, experimental restaurants and sex shops. She later told me that this was not what she expected to see, and was surprised at how ugly some parts of the region were. But there are so many undiscovered areas in the city, and so beautiful. Berlin has a bit of a tottering charm, and sometimes reminds me of an old lady. Her appearance was a crumpled elegance, and she had her quirks. But her mind was bold and young, and she was always ready to play.

So… Want to visit? If I were you, here’s a Berlin guidebook, all the places I don’t want to miss.

Berlin is a late city (rents are low and people are relaxed). But the public swimming pool, Sommerbad Kreuzberg, opens at 7 a.m., and I advise you not to be late. As the sun rises above the treetops around the three giant pools, your morning workout will feel like a real treat.

If you haven’t entered Berghain (I’ve never been there, so I can’t share any tips with you), live in this beautiful bed and breakfast in charlottenburg. The red velvet sofa, floral wallpaper, the piano in the hall, and the antique furniture in the room will bring you back to your roaring twenties, so don’t forget to bring your fender. (or something like that, or just something nice!) . This place is elegant, but in an interesting way.

Museum island is basically an island full of art (as you might have guessed), if you pray the Byzantine art and/or sponsor your trip your grandmother, she or old museum, such as national art gallery and museum is definitely worth a visit. You do some cultural activities. If I were you, I will skip the art, and not in dark colonnade, then found himself is an amateur in watching the sunset on a bridge, on the stairs of the old museum empty a bottle of wine. “Rome is great! You’ll tell your grandmother.
